"I will never have power work on my bike again. I bought a brand new roadliner and had them put on my passing lamps for me. At one year my blinker started acting funny so I called to ask if they would fix it and they wanted to charge me shop labor. I thought this was ridiculous tha I had to pay them for something I knew was their fault. I just took my headlight apart to find one screw was stripped, two connectors broken and taped together, a metal mounting tab broken off and just left hanging on the screw, and that they didn't extend the wiring so that it was stretched extremely tight pulling one connector apart. The sales staff was great and the manager even let me use a trailer to take my bike home as it decided to snow in the middle of April on the day I showed up to pick up the bike. Once again, the service department is a ripoff and I wish I could get my money back for them destroying all my light wiring. Thanks for nothing Power Yamaha Service Dept. I will tell everyone I know to stay away from you. "

"I had bought a used Road Star from another person. With researching the bike I saw there was a recall on the bike. I called the service department and they told me the problem had not been taken care of. I scheduled to get my bike in. Got my bike back yesterday (4-27-2010). I can't tell you how impressed I was with the service department. We filled out a imperfection check list on the bike before they took possession. This way both of us know there was no damage done while in the care. Very professional job. Thanks Keith"

"It seems like no one ever has a bad word to say about Power Yamaha KTM, and lots of people have good things to say. I went out there to shop and was treated like a valued customer. Matt, the salesman on the floor was friendly and conversational but not high-pressure. He offered to let me ride several bikes to compare. Everything felt above board and professional. "Had my Grizzly 450 serviced (carb cleaned) about 4 months ago and had to make 3 trips to your dealership from Albany because I had fuel leaking the first time and was told I needed additional parts. Now 4 months later without ever riding this bike, I have the same problem. I even talked about putting my bike in storage and was told to put stabil in the fuel and run the bike for 5 minutes in which I did. Now basically I'm being told I have to pay again to ge t the bike running correctly. Not happy at all, if this is the customer service you provide, I will take my business somewhere else along with my friend who reccomended me to your business. I have asked him abnd you can contact him as well since he also knows exactly what has taken place. Email me for his contact info if your interested. Thanks"

"I Need to let all of you guys down at power know about my experiance a few weeks ago in buying an 07'WR250F from ya.
We came down to oregan from seattle to buy this bike...I have bought and sold many motorcycles over the years, and I will NEVER again buy another bike from a washington dealer! EVER! you made it very easy, no pressure and the price we agreed on over the phone was not only honered but when we arrived much to my amazement you guys had put a new front fender and a new rear tire and some power yamaha grafix on the shrouds (which I will proudly Roll) and tell all of my friends about the no hassel, stright up way business is done at power.
As a business owner myself I say Good Job and keep up the outstanding customer service!

"I would like to comend the parts staff for their customer service which was above and beyond. I am with the Marion County SAR and was in need of new tires & wheels, bought some found they were not the right ones for my bike. I was en route to Reno for training stopped at shop were and exchange was made without problems thanks to Matt & Chris who both saved my trip. Customer Service the best 110%. Thank you for taking care of the problem & hope that your boss reads this as you both need to be comends for your service, I not new to your dealership as I bought(4) ATV'S from you over the past few years and will continue to support your dealership.

"Made a deal over the internet and phone for a 2006 Yamaha Classic. Was told it was a "done deal" by the sales staff when we settled on a price. No mention of a deposit was mentioned, if it had, I would have driven the 25 mile R/T to make one. I told the salesman at the time I would be in no later than noon on 11/29. Showed up as promised, only to discover that the bike had a deposit on it and "if it falls through I will call". Obviously this dealership is only making polite noise when they say that "We pride ourselves on providing our customers with the highest level of customer service." See top of comment page - If they are proud of the way their sales staff acted, they don't deserve our business. They have no integrity and no commitment to anything other than a fast $$ in my opinion. A phone call to me would have settled any question of whether I intended to purchase the bike (I was paying cash BTW) I had given my word on it - and unlike the salesman who represents the company, my word is my bond. Since HE called ME after receiving my email offer, he had my number. I they most likely do not have the integrity to answer this email or to publish it either, since they have not answered my other emails on this matter. "Well, let me start by saying that I have purchased several motorcycles from Power Yamaha in the past. That ended today. I will not support Power Yamaha in any way from here on out. I went to Power to test ride a bike. Note that the last two bikes in the past year that I test rode, I bought. One of them was my 990 Super Duke I got from Power. While I was there I found a different bike that I decided I would rather have. I put a deposit down on it Saturday the 23rd of August and was told I had until August 30th to complete the purchase. Got a call Monday the 25th of August asking if I was still interested because they had someone else interested in the bike. I told them yes I still wanted to buy it and that we had agreed that I had until Saturday the 30th to complete the transaction. The next phone call I received was to tell me that they sold it out from under me. Their rational was that they had a cash deal and did not want to wait for me to complete the deal. Well, little did they know that I had the means to pay cash also, but, was not going to be pressured into a situation that I had made other arrangement for. Needless to say, I will never support ANY POWER DEALERSHIP, EVER. Obviously there is no integrity at POWER YAMAHA and I have enough doubt that any of the other POWER dealership have any either. Thats why I will tell everyone in my circle of motorcycle friends not to go anywhere near POWER YAMAHA. Clearly they are void of any integrity, and they don't believe in any loyalty at all. One would think that in todays market the dealers would go out of their way to keep the loyal customer that they have. I will be going to another dealer to get the bike I orginally went to purchase. I'll probably pay cash too just cause I can."
